Style Wars is a 1983 documentary on hip hop culture, directed by Tony Silver and produced in collaboration with Henry Chalfant. The film has an emphasis on graffiti, although bboying and rapping are covered to a lesser extent. Honoring the Pioneers of the Graffiti and Aerosol Art Culture as we had to expand this section to 2 pages in which we wanted to get more people to understand that the Graffiti Culture is GLOBAL. We added so many graffiti documentary not only from the U.S but from differnet countires. There are many Kings, Godfathers, Pioneers and Queens from the Graffiti Culture. Starting out with Cornbread from Philly, Pa, Taki 183,  DONDI,  SUPER KOOL 223, STAY HIGH 149,KASE, DEZ, COPE, SEEN , LADY PINK, LEE, CLIFF and the list goes on.  I was not a writer and yes I did on a few occasion mark the train.  At one time I thought  HOT 110 was a graffiti writer. LOL!!!  But to say I do Know STAY HIGH 149 (R.I.P) DEZ aka KAYSLAY, CASE, PHASE 2, FAB 5 FREDDY, ALL JIVE 161  and a few others. But we are here to showcase an art form that is part of the Hip Hop Culture.
