Born in San Francisco and raised 2 minutes south of SF in Daly City, California, DJ 360 became a fan of music at a very early age. He first became captivated by the beats and breaks of Earth Wind and Fire, James Brown, The Temptations, and more. But it wasn't until he heard Planet Rock, The Message, Rock Box, Rappers Delight, and Rock The Bells as early as 1984-1985 that he developed a deep passion for the art, sound, and look of Hip-Hop.
In 2003, when he heard that Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC was killed, he decided to temporarily put the mic down and walk in the legacy left by one of his fallen idols, the same was done for the legendary Eazy-E of NWA. THA DEE JAY 360 continues to hype the crowd playing new and old, classic and current music from various genres at various events in the Atlanta area using tricks and tips directly passed down to him from DJ Mr. Mixx (former producer and DJ for Luke) and Kool DJ Red Alert (Hip-Hop pioneer and legendary New York radio personality).
